Practical Assessment for VET Trainers
Most VET trainers can spot competence when they see it, but struggle to assess it consistently, write criteria that mean something, or produce documentation that survives external scrutiny. After completing this course, you will use a structured observation method, apply defensible criteria to practical performance, give feedback that actually changes behaviour, and produce assessment records that meet EQF and audit requirements — starting with your next student.
